I've lost my registration
code. How do I request to have it re-sent?
Send an e-mail to support@moffsoft.com
requesting your registration code. Please include the registered
owner's name and the e-mail address used to register. We'll
usually respond within 24 hours.
If you're using a version of Moffsoft
Calculator prior to version 2, we recommend that
you upgrade to Moffsoft FreeCalc.
This version is freeware and does not require a registration
code.
The buttons
on Moffsoft Calculator have become distorted. What's wrong?
Sometimes after repeated sizing, the calculator buttons
become misaligned. To reset the appearance of the calculator,
select Edit->Reset Size.
How do I get unique
registration codes when ordering more than one license?
Currently, our online registration form only allows you
to enter one Registered Owner. This field is used to create
your Registration Code. If you purchased more than one copy
of our software and would like unique registration codes
for each user, send an e-mail message to sales@moffsoft.com.
Please include your Order Number and the name of each Registered
Owner with your request.
Will Moffsoft products run on a Mac?
Sorry, Moffsoft products only run under the Windows
operating system.
